Community Development Entity (CDE) certification by the U.S. Treasury Department authorizes Digital Divide Partners, LLC to operate as an intermediary vehicle for the provision of loans, investments, financial counseling and other consulting services to be utilized in low-income communities.  Term is in-perpetuity.

Open Video System Operator (OVS) certification issued by the Federal Communications Commission authorizes DDP Development to provide video programming throughout New York City  New York.  Term is in-perpetuity.

Mobile/Fixed Broadband Radio License (3650-3700 MHz) issued by the Federal Communications Commission authorizes Urban Communications Transport Corp. to utilize regulated wireless spectrum to provide wireless broadband service nationally.

State of New York

Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity issued to Urban Communications Transport Corp. by the New York State Public Service Commission as a facilities-based Telephone Operator authorized to provide telephone service throughout New York State since 2000. Term is in-perpetuity.

Urban Communications Transport Corp. franchised by the City of New York since 1993 as a Broadband High-Capacity Telecommunications Operator authorized to construct facilities over, under and upon City rights-of-way and to deliver broadband telecommunications and information services throughout the five boroughs of New York City.
